For Pam Zinck and her husband Andrew, owning a pharmacy is more than just being business owners.  It is about being a part of the community.  Post graduation from university in Halifax Pam moved to Whitehorse for several years, and most recently relocated back to Nova Scotia in search for a better quality of life.  As avid boaters, she and her husband wanted to be closer to the water, closer to family and to live and work in a community that is based around helping others.

When the opportunity arose to open up a prescription centre in the South Shore Medical Arts building, Pam jumped at the challenge.  Knowing that this addition would be an added convenience to those visiting the centre for medical appointments, as well as those who are visiting the hospital, Pam feels it will be a win win situation for everyone.

One of the convenient elements that she will bring to the business is the service of prescription delivery.  If you're at home and can't leave, they will bring your medication to you.

Health First Pharmacy will offer full prescription services, first aid supplies, over the counter medication and products.  Pam looks forward to seeing you stop by the pharmacy.
